The company was founded after years of working closely with influencers on a virtual assistant level. During that time, Benny Guerrero began to notice how many creators were struggling with inconsistent communication and poor management experiences. Seeing that gap, he created RYSE Management with a simple goal: to build a management company where creators feel valued, understood, and supported — one that helps them not only earn more but live better.

Meet the Founder

Benny Guerrero is the Founder and CEO of RYSE Management. With over a decade of business experience and a degree in Business Management from Cal State Fullerton, Benny brings a rare blend of structure, heart, and entrepreneurial drive to the creator world.

Before launching RYSE, Benny built his foundation by managing operations for large organizations and later supporting influencers directly — handling everything from brand outreach to contract negotiations. Those experiences showed him how much potential creators truly have and how demanding their careers can be behind the scenes.

A husband, father, and man of faith, Benny leads RYSE with purpose. He believes creators deserve to see their hard work translate into opportunity, stability, and impact. His approach to management is deeply relational and selective, choosing to work with talent he genuinely believes in. To him, success isn’t just about numbers — it’s about helping people rise to their potential and create a life they’re proud of.
